How the Right Commercial Interior Design Job Can Impact Your Business: Re:nu Medspa

Given the opportunity to design the Re:nu 180 Medspa, we jumped at the chance. Our spa interior design work demonstrates the kind of commercial interior design Middletown CT businesses can count on to make a meaningful impact on their bottom line. Our goal for every design is to combine our expertise for commercial interior design with the client’s vision for their business. The urban industrial look the client envisioned for her spa is reflected in the materials we selected for the job. Together with the design choices we made, this design will bring in more business for the spa.

Attract Foot Traffic

The University of Cincinnati reports that 76 percent of consumers who have never before visited a business were brought in because of the exterior display, such as the sign and the interior design visible through the window. At Re:nu, passersby get a look at the reception area, which includes a brick wall behind the logo, dark wood planked floors, concrete side tables and wood chairs. There is also a big screen TV that details the procedures Re:nu offers. This room is not only eye-catching, it’s also enticing to people who have never heard of the spa before.

Create Customer Comfort

Once you’ve attracted customers to your business, the design’s role is to offer comfort and make the experience easier for them. In addition to the main features of the plush and relaxing reception area – which includes a desk made of repurposed wood that houses two reception stations – there’s an old distressed farm table and three stools that acts as an “input” station. Ipads are in place for customers to input their information when they check in or when they make a reservation for spa services. Even the restroom offers customers comfort and a chic, industrial atmosphere with an iron open shelf and light sconces mirror.

Increase Productivity

The International Interior Design Association explains that the right interior design is not only attractive to customers, but is also more likely to make employees more productive. At Re:nu, our medspa design is about not only creating a relaxing environment for the spa’s clientele, but also making the work more efficient for the staff. There are two treatment centers, both of which have attention-grabbing metal clocks, elongated mirrors with a shelf and a one-of-a-kind pendant light. When employees feel that the interior design of their workplace is attractive and efficient for performing their work, businesses have better employee retention.

The final Re:nu look makes the owner’s vision come through with every design choice we made. It’s a unique medspa feel every bit as one-of-a-kind as the business itself. When you come to the experts for a commercial design, you’re not just getting a new look for your office, store or reception area. You’re getting an expert’s opinion on how to increase customer numbers and employee retention at your company.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
